Terms and Conditions

 

All payment terms are net 30 from the date of invoice. Past due balances are subject to a late fee of 5% per month. There is a fee of $35.00 for returned checks. Customer shall pay all cost and fees associated in the collection of any monies owed. Credit account will require approval from management prior to service.

Warranties

 

We guaranty every one time service with a 30 day warranty. For thirty days after a one time treatment we will come back **FREE of charge to spot treat any covered insect issues you may have.
* This warranty excludes German cockroaches, Mice, Rats and all fire ant species. These pest are eligible for a additional treatment at a discounted rate within the 30 day period after the initial service if needed.


We guaranty every quarterly service with a 90 day warranty. For ninety days after a quarterly treatment we will come back **FREE of charge to spot treat any covered insect issues you may have. With the quarterly service program you are 100% protected 365 Days a year.
 * This warranty excludes German cockroaches, Mice, Rats and all fire ant species. These pest are eligible for a additional treatment at a discounted rate within the 30 day period after the initial service if needed.



Insects that are treated for and  covered in the General Pest Service program:

Common Ants, Acrobat Ants, Odorous House Ants, Pharaoh Ants, All Beetles , Fire Brats, House Crickets, Centipedes, Millipedes, Earwigs, Silverfish, Hornets, Bees, Yellow Jackets , American Roaches, Oriental Roaches, Smokey Brown Roaches, Brown Banded Roaches, Black Widow Spiders, American House Spiders, Common Spiders.


The control of Mice , Rats, German cockroaches are included in any General Pest Service.

These pest are however excluded from the standard warrantee . These pest are eligible for a additional treatment at a discounted rate  if needed.

** Southern Pest Management will return to your property Free of charge to spot treat any covered insect issues that may arise during any warranty period. A maximum of 1 free callback within any 30 day period and a maximum total of 3 callbacks in any 90 day period.  If any additional services are needed, they will be charged at a discounted rate within the warranty period.
